Produced using a double-wall construction technique, the components maintain a consistent thickness ranging from 4 to 6 mm, delivering enhanced strength, durability, and safety for prolonged use.

3-Layer Protective Coating

The metal components are manufactured using high-quality CRC steel and treated with a robust three-stage coating process. This includes sandblasting, application of a solvent-free zinc primer, and electrostatic powder coating. Together, these layers ensure superior corrosion resistance, protection against extreme weather conditions, and long-term durability under UV exposure.

Aluminum Cast Connectors

The connectors are manufactured as single-casing, aluminum-cast components and compressed under 300 tons of pressure to ensure structural stability and prevent movement or premature wear.
