Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE ) Plastic Construction

The structural components are manufactured using high-quality rotomolded LLDPE plastic. All parts are UV-resistant, anti-static and offer a high level of light fastness, ensuring long-lasting color stability and performance in outdoor environments. Produced using a double-wall construction technique, the components maintain a consistent thickness ranging from 4 to 6 mm, delivering enhanced strength, durability, and safety for prolonged use.

3-Layer Protective Coating

The metal components are manufactured using high-quality CRC steel and treated with a robust three-stage coating process. This includes sandblasting, application of a solvent-free zinc primer, and electrostatic powder coating. Together, these layers ensure superior corrosion resistance, protection against extreme weather conditions, and long-term durability under UV exposure.

Aluminum Cast Connectors

The connectors are manufactured as single-casing, aluminum-cast components and compressed under 300 tons of pressure to ensure structural stability and prevent movement or premature wear. Designed with smooth, aesthetically shaped contours, the connectors are pleasant to grip and free from sharp angles or edges, enhancing both safety and visual appeal. Each connector is securely fastened to the main frame using durable “C” aluminum clamps, ensuring a firm and long-lasting assembly.
