The robust construction, with a thickness of 4–6 mm, delivers exceptional structural strength, impact resistance, and uncompromising safety ensuring enduring quality and reliability over years of play.

3-Layer Protective Coating

The metal components are precision-engineered from high-grade CRC steel and finished with an advanced three-stage surface treatment for exceptional longevity. The process begins with shot peening to improve surface finish followed by the application of a solvent-free zinc primer, and finished with electrostatic powder coating. This multi-layer protection delivers outstanding resistance to corrosion, safeguards against extreme weather conditions, and ensures long-lasting performance and color stability under continuous UV exposure meeting the highest standards of long-term structural performance.

Aluminum Cast Connectors

The connectors are manufactured as single-casing, aluminum-cast components and compressed under 300 tons of pressure to ensure structural stability and prevent movement or premature wear. Designed with smooth, aesthetically shaped contours, the connectors are pleasant to grip and free from sharp angles or edges, enhancing both safety and visual appeal. Each connector is securely fastened to the main frame using durable “C” aluminum clamps, ensuring a firm and long-lasting assembly.
