We, at OK Play, aim to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. In order to make the experience hassle-free for our customers, we have laid down a simple Returns Policy.
1. Wrong Product/Damaged/Defective Product Received:
If the product you receive is in any way incorrect, damaged or defective, we will refund 100% of the product cost, if informed within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
The product should be returned ‘UNUSED’ and in the same condition as you received it and in the original box and packaging.
OK Play reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is open when received at our office, or if the product looks used to us.
The Cost of Logistics and Gift Wrapping, if any, will not be refunded.

In exchange you can either ask for a replacement of the same product or choose another product of the same value.
In case you wish to get a refund for the product, the procedure is as follows:
I. The refund of the returned product will be processed once the product reaches our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is ‘UNUSED’ and is damaged /defective /in-correct as the case of complaint may be.
II. We will refund the product cost (minus the Cost of Logistics and Gift Wrapping) paid by you.
III. The refunded amount will be credited to your OK Play account.
IV. The amount can also be refunded to you directly through a cheque.
